Answers:    that sounds resembling what i have, sciatica!! im fine when sitting but if i lye down the pins and needles start goin mad in my right thigh consequently i feel it goin numb (this is weird bcuz although it goes close to cold & numb my thigh feels like ive been constantly punched frozen and its agoney) then it feels like its getting stove and warmer until it feels like its ablaze. thats the easy part!! like you said walking around, my lower backbone gets tight and my right hip aches , i try to get as much housework done as possible up to that time grabbin a chair. i take tramadol but they dont work also diclofenic sodium for inflammation they are a load o crap to. nothin works. i will be starting physio inwardly the next week or two. my back pain started in the order of 4 years ago then i was locked out of the house so climbed over the back blockade which was only nailed on one passageway so the panel came down and i landed on my right hip, from then on my mobility have been very restricted.
Hi there, I would suggest that you may own a disc prolapse/bulge. This occurs due to a trauma of some description e.g fall or accident. I know that you don't mull over that it is nerve pain, but I can almost guarantee from experience that this is what it will be given that the pain is surrounded by your back, but also radiates to your hip - which indicates and L4-L5 or L5-S1 disc bulge. I would suggest that firstly you ask your doctor to get a CT scan done on your lumbar spine, this will show up any disc problems or degeneration. If this shows that you do hold a disc problem you should ask for a referral to see a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic surgeon for them to make recommendations. I have have a few epidurals in the past - different to what they give you for childbirth and own found that it gives great relief for probably 12 months, because if you do have a disc bulge, it can construct the bulge shrink and stop pressing on what is causing the pain, most likely your nerves. I enjoy had severe disc protrusions in the past which enjoy required 2 separate surgeries so I know the kind of pain you are experiencing, and it can be terrible because it is not solitary the physical pain, but also mentally it gets to you especially given that you are like me and cant stand man idle. Dont let what I said about the surgery verbs you, because only about 10% of people next to back problems are ever operated on and I was severely disabled near it to the point of not being able to walk. So, please be in motion and see a new doctor and tell them what you want, don't let them relay you it is nothing because things can get worse if you don't treat these things early on.
Good luck next to it and if you want to email me for any information, or even just some support please feel free.
