What happen when spinal cord misplaces it's place do it requires surgery?

Answers:    Are you referring disc prolapse? Or commonly known as slip disc? Go for surgery as a last resort. Very easy to unfurl but complicated to assemble back. There is a new therapy call as Ozone therapy in which they inject liquid ozone. This is reasonably successful.
I may check 'Dee' answer as the BEST on this page I need a little clarification to answer. When you say misplaces it's place do you miserable that you have what is commonly referred to as a slipped disc or what? If you have a slipped disc there are treatments that do not include surgery, google texasspinalcare. You can read in the region of non-surgical treatments available. If the non-surgical treatments are not effective or suggested for you, and you are having severe pain after you would probably benefit from surgery. You need to go to a neurologist for the necessary try-out, if you have not done so already. If surgery is necessary, you need to see a neurosurgeon for the procedure. I would not hold the surgery done by anyone other than a neurosurgeon, who is trained to treat the abnormalities of the brain and spinal cord.

I disagree with the previous answer. I am a nurse and hold seen many sucessful surgical interventions. The most important article is the surgeon you go to and how many of these surgeries they do. You want a doc that does these procedures on a regular basis and is nero surgeon, not orthopedic surgeon. You would be better surrounded by a major medical center and not an outlying facility.
