What is the credible do of my upper, spinal"ish" pay for niggle??
ARRHHH-back pain blows...Im 32 yrs old and my backs be flamin' up lately. It's not lumbar or lower pain, rather-higher up in the thoracic region and there are "soft spots" at the communal points..It flamed up for about a month or so last year and left. Now it's back-stiffness, broad soreness, sore joints-HELP cause Im worried it's some kind of degenerative arthritic stuff despite my physicians attempt to kick me out of his department.
Answers: Are you using OTC's like Motrin or Advil? Have you tried ice or heat?
Get another physician, I see a spine doc at a physical medication and rehab center. You may just need a strong anti-inflammatory to get you through this rough spot. Of course, monitor your posture! (The first thing the doctors and PT's will tell you!)
Before seeing another doctor, make a entry of what helps and what aggravates the pain. They will want to know if it radiates, if it is dull or sharp, worse within the morning or night, among other things.
I'm only 31 and have be diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and arthritis following a car accident. You're not too young-looking to have back problems.
Good luck!
