What medical procedure can be done for someone beside three smashed spinal discs?

What do you mean by "smashed"? You mean herniated or slipped disc?

Several, but it depends on the type of doc, orthopedic vs. neurologist, patient form, health care services available, and of course your insurance.
Basically, if they are adjectives right next to each other, C3-4, C4-5, & C5-6, then a discectomy(to remove the disc stuff that is pressing the nerve), and/or laminectomy(remove the bone of your spine called the lamina) and/or create a "cage"(which is the building of a support system from above the first bad disc to below the lowest disc next to rods, screws and bone(usually retrieved from your hip).
However, if there is permenant nerve twist, such as paraplegic or quadraplegic, than I am sorry, please disregard all of the above.
