WHat should we do/check in the past helping a soul helping a creature to sit up next to a spinal cord injury?

What should we do/check before helping a person to sit up with a spinal cord injury?

Answers:    Never move someone next to a suspected spinal cord injury unless they are in a life threatening situation. Even then you shouldn't mess next to them unless you are properly trained. Call 911 and let the EMT's take care of them.

If someone have a spinal cord injury they need to be immobilized by having their d¨Ścolletage put in a cervical collar and then they should be strapped to a backboard. They need to be taken to see a doctor and the doctor can clear them.

There are cases where on earth people have hurt their neck and not realize it and have died from their injuries later on.
Any time a person falls, have an accident etc. that in any way shape or form they hit their chief, neck, back.
DO NOT move them!
Call an ambulance and have them toy with it.
We (emts/paramedics) will immobilize their spine and transport them.
If ever in doubt DO NOT MOVE THEM!
Call an ambulance.
If you suspect a spinal injury for God's sakes, don't move the patient! Secure the patient's collar by wrapping a towel around it or rolled up newspapers or even a rolled up coat (assuming you don't have access to a hard cervical collar). Do not allow the tolerant to move his/her head. Ask if they can wiggle their fingers and toes but don't allow any other movement. Get the patient to a hospital/call an ambulance. You should ring 911 and not help a person up with a spinal cord injury.
