Where can I find a chat group for spinal stenosis?
I have tried to google this but I am looking for a group that someone has found to be helpful. Since mortal diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis and cant get any help that doesnt consist of multiple needles and thousands of dollars, I own only benifited one of these pain blocks. I am hoping to get warning from people that have been through it.

as a fellow sufferer who has gone through not 1 but 2 spinal fusions, i can say that i get for a time relief from epidurals but now my insurance company wont cover them, been 4 years immediately but my doc did suggest a spinal cord stimulator they say it works really well...here is the website for it www.controlyourpain.com or advancedbionics.com is the place that makes it. i enjoy found that exercising, moderate walking on a tredmill helps me because it loosens the muscles.they want me to go back to PT but i really cant be bothered next to it...hope this helps you and good luck..also i am on percocet and fentenyl patches lying on that, that seems to work well also...
