Without visit a chiropractor how do you know if here is a slipped disk surrounded by your spinal column?

It hurts down my spine from the base of my head/ neck on down my back.

Answers:    The discomfort, the pain !

You cant miss it. The pain is unbearable.
An MRI will confirm it. X-ray wont other show.
