Would it hurt if you snapped spinal nerves surrounded by your lower backbone?
I was at my college gym a few days ago and got onto one of those rowing machines. The person that be using it before me had left the manipulate bar up. I had already strapped my feet within and someone rowing to my left said "just reach it", when I be trying to reach it, he gave me a push forward (from my left side) so I feel about two crackles (or snaps) in the left nouns of my lower back. I didn't hear them. After doing some research I found out that there is only one common in that area, the sacroiliac joint, which looks even closer to the middle than where on earth I felt the crackle. My other concern is that it could have been one of the S-level spinal nerves surrounded by that area snapping. When I felt the crackle, I didn't feel any discomfort or sensations. I'm just really concerned because I don't think I've ever felt a crackle surrounded by that area. Basically it was in the lower spinal column in the left hip area, it wasn't at the front or at the bottom, so it couldn't own been the hip joint. Thank you.
Answers: If you are not experiencing pain, afterwards don't worry about it. If you injured your back, or a boldness, or a muscle, or anything else, trust me, you would know!
